GGVP performs internal verification and deal management based on its substantial crypto assets, extensive trading experience, and UK-registered legal status. Our practical role is to confirm identities and contact details, review the documents and wallet evidence the parties supply, structure the deal around signed legal documentation, and coordinate settlement through escrow-style milestones. There is currently no global body that universally governs private crypto trades.
The company draws on its own crypto holdings, years of trading experience, and its legal team to follow an internal process that is proportionate to each deal. Our registered UK seat gives counterparties a clear legal address and a transparent path to enforce the agreements they sign.

Structured Settlement Procedure
آلية التسوية المنظَّمة عبر GGVP

Buyer signs the GGVP Transaction Management Agreement and receives an official invoice for verification, coordination and transaction management fees.
يوقّع المشتري على اتفاقية إدارة الصفقة مع GGVP ويستلم فاتورة رسمية برسوم التحقق والتنسيق وإدارة الصفقة.

Buyer provides a Certified Bank Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Proof of Funds (POF), or other acceptable financial instrument demonstrating availability of the required funds.
يقدّم المشتري شيكًا مصرفيًا مصدّقًا، أو ضمانًا بنكيًا، أو إثبات أموال (POF)، أو أي أداة مالية مقبولة تُثبت توفّر المبلغ المطلوب.

The total transaction value is divided into five equal tranches.
تُقسَّم القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة إلى خمس دفعات متساوية.

Seller delivers the first agreed tranche of digital assets (USDT/BTC) according to the signed transaction schedule.
يُسلّم البائع أول دفعة متّفق عليها من الأصول الرقمية (USDT/BTC) وفقًا للجدول الموقّع.

Upon confirmation of receipt and internal verification by GGVP, the corresponding payment amount is released by the Buyer through a bank transfer equivalent to the value of the received tranche.
بعد تأكيد الاستلام والتحقق الداخلي من GGVP، يُفرج المشتري عن المبلغ المقابل بتحويل بنكي يعادل قيمة الدفعة المستلَمة.

The payment is transferred according to the agreed settlement instructions and supporting transaction documents.
يتمّ التحويل وفقًا لتعليمات التسوية المتّفق عليها والمستندات الداعمة للصفقة.

The same procedure is repeated for the remaining tranches until the full transaction value has been completed.
تُكرَّر الإجراءات ذاتها لباقي الدفعات حتى اكتمال القيمة الكاملة للصفقة.

All transactions shall be supported by internal verification, transaction records, and signed contractual documentation.
تُدعَّم جميع الصفقات بالتحقق الداخلي وسجلات الصفقات والتوثيق التعاقدي الموقّع.

Currency conversion, where applicable, shall be based on prevailing market exchange rates at the time of settlement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
يتمّ تحويل العملات — عند الاقتضاء — وفق أسعار السوق السائدة وقت التسوية، ما لم يُتّفق على غير ذلك كتابيًا.

GGVP acts as a transaction management and verification platform and maintains records of all transaction milestones and confirmations.
تعمل GGVP كمنصّة لإدارة الصفقة والتحقق الداخلي، وتحتفظ بسجلات جميع مراحل الصفقة وتأكيداتها.
GGVP shall act as the official Transaction Management, Verification, and Coordination Platform for the entire transaction process. All participating parties — Buyers, Sellers, Brokers, Agents, and Service Providers — shall fully comply with GGVP's transaction procedures, verification protocols, contractual obligations, and management instructions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
GGVP reserves the right to suspend, delay, reject, or terminate any transaction where a party fails to comply with agreed procedures, provides false information, submits misleading documentation, breaches contractual obligations, or engages in conduct that may compromise the integrity, legality, security, or successful completion of the transaction.
All parties acknowledge that any breach of contractual obligations, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, document falsification, non-performance, or intentional interference with the transaction process may result in legal action, contractual penalties, financial liability, and other remedies available under the governing law.
By participating in the transaction, all parties expressly acknowledge and accept GGVP's transaction management procedures, operational protocols, and dispute resolution mechanisms as outlined in the signed agreements and transaction documentation.
تعمل GGVP كمنصّة رسمية لإدارة الصفقة والتحقق الداخلي والتنسيق طوال دورة الصفقة. تلتزم جميع الأطراف — المشترون والبائعون والوسطاء والوكلاء ومزوّدو الخدمات — بإجراءات الشركة وبروتوكولات التحقق والالتزامات التعاقدية وتعليمات إدارة الصفقة. وتحتفظ GGVP بحق تعليق أو رفض أو إنهاء أي صفقة عند الإخلال بالإجراءات المتّفق عليها أو تقديم معلومات أو مستندات مضلّلة. وأي إخلال تعاقدي أو احتيال أو تزوير أو تدخّل متعمَّد قد يُعرّض الطرف للمسؤولية القانونية والمالية وفق القانون الحاكم.
