GGVP Role
In facilitation mandates we act as a verification, coordination and risk management platform: we do not take custody of goods, nor do we hold or transfer counterparty funds — our role is to structure, verify, coordinate, and document the transaction between verified parties. Separately, GGVP — through PickNGotech Ltd — is a set-up and approved trading company that buys and sells gold, commodities and digital assets on its own account under its internal trading guidelines. When GGVP acts as principal, it is disclosed in writing to all parties before the deal begins.

Where GGVP acts as buyer or seller rather than facilitator, that role is disclosed in writing to all counterparties before any transaction is executed, and the same KYC/KYB, escrow and chain-of-custody standards apply.
